Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, our products are cruelty-free which means the manufacturing and development of our products did not involve experimentation on animals.
Are your products paraben-free?
Yes, our lipstick and lip stain products are completely free of paraben ingredients. Click here for additional information about paraben ingredients.
Are your products halal certified?
Our collection of lip color products are manufactured, produced, and composed of ingredients permissible under Islamic Sharia law.
What is the average shipping time?
In-stock items will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Inclement weather may cause delivery delays.
Do you offer international shipping?
SAM LEA Cosmetics is currently unable to accept orders from locations outside of the United States. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.
What are the payment options?SAM LEA Cosmetics accepts a variety of payment options including (but not limited to) the following methods:

For security purposes, the billing name and address must match the credit card billing information on file. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet this criteria.
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from SAM LEA Cosmetics, simply return the unused portion by mail within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you the full amount of the returned item(s) or exchange for a new product. Return instructions will be included with each shipment.
When will the debut collection launch?
Our products will be available for purchase beginning August 10, 2019. We're excited for you to check out our debut lipstick collection and trust us, you won’t be disappointed!
